All quotations, pricing, lead times, delivery schedules, tooling estimates, and other information provided by Hi-Rel Plastics & Molding are estimates only and are subject to review unless otherwise confirmed in writing. We reserve the right to revise quotations due to changes in raw material costs, supplier pricing, tariffs, freight charges, customer-requested modifications, manufacturing requirements, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all drawings, CAD files, specifications, dimensions, material requirements, and other information submitted to Hi-Rel Plastics & Molding. We are not responsible for delays, additional costs, manufacturing issues, or product nonconformities resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the customer.
Customers retain ownership of their proprietary product designs, drawings, specifications, and intellectual property. Any confidential information shared with Hi-Rel Plastics & Molding will be treated as confidential and handled in accordance with any executed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (MNDA), Non-Circumvention, Non-Disclosure & Confidentiality Agreement (NCND), or other written confidentiality agreement between the parties.
